The full-service salon, spa and retail superstore has awarded its first area development agreement to CPS Brands LLC in Charlotte, N.C.  Beauty Brands offers a full-service salon and spa experience within a dynamic retail environment; each 6,000-plus-square-foot location offers more then 10,000 salon-exclusive products.
