Hi everyone, I am 26 years old and live in Australia. I found this board while looking for tips on how to look after my hair. At the moment it is 39 inches long, which on me sits about halfway between my tailbone and being classical length which is my aim.
Most of the time I wear it in a braid or a bun as it tends to tangle easily when I leave it out.
My hair is mostly straight (very slight wave) and is dark brown although I have just recently discoved my first couple of grey hairs Sad (I should be grateful, both of my parents started going grey in their early twenties!) I am still deciding whether to pull them out or to give in and dye them  Grin
In spite of the fact that I probably haven't given my hair the attention it deserves, it is in fairly good condition but I want it to look great for my wedding next year so I had better start looking after it a bit more!

Kiara, what an interesting name.

Australia is someplace I've always wanted to visit, maybe some day.....  Do they have bicycling trails there?  That might be enough to motivate me  Wink

Have you thought about how you plan to wear your hair for your wedding?  My future daughter-in-law has hair almost to her waist and is struggling with how to wear it for the wedding (and it is THIS May!!  Shocked )  For that matter, I'm not 100% sure how I'm wearing my hair either.  I do know that I will be wearing my beautiful Long Locks hairsticks!

Not to be a spoil-sport here, but Kiara posted this message a year ago and never posted again.

If you are lurking Kiara, I hope this encourages you to delurk.

Yeah I noticed. I just "revived" the post in the hope that an Aussie would come into the open and I would have someone to talk to about my dream-land  Cheesy
I have this thing with Australia, see?  Grin
Sorry for the confusion this caused  Embarrassed

Noo problem!  I had the feeling that is what you were doing, but then everyone else jumped on the band wagon!  (You didn't know you were a Pied Piper, did you!  Grin )
