Does anyone make their own shampoo/conditioner?
Jul 2nd, 2004 at 7:14am

I do! I use Indian herbs to make mine. I was my hair once a week, and every other week I will use herbs to wash. The other week I deep condition  Wink

Here is a link to an article I wrote a few months ago on how I use herbs and where to find them online: http://www.network54.com/Forum/message?forumid=278542&messageid=1079093499

In case anyone is interested!

I met someone who tried this, it's under "Friends Shampoo" but I'm not sure what board.  When I find it I'll post it here as well.

Oh, and if anyone is interested here is ANOTHER recipe for a weekly hair mask. I wonder how my friend Carri gets all this hair stuff done!

-2 cups Winafirnds Moist Hair(y) Puree in Candy Apple
-1/8 cup vitamin E oil
-one packet It's My Do Clay Hair Mask for Dry/Normal Hair

Drummergirl, I've never heard of any of the brands you mention. Is there a web site where they can be ordered?

(I live in Europe)

Kate, Bed Head and Amore are found in salons and some Merle Norman stores.
I met my friend when she flew down from Canada for a band competition.  Maybe it's a Canadian thing? I have never heard of half of these brands either but then again I tend to stay on the computer or with my head buried in books!
Expanda can be found in local Walgreens.

Correction, I noticed that I posted Jackson & Stella's Sticky Icky Picky Crem'e as Picky Icky Sticky Crem'e, sorry it really is Sticky Icky Picky.

I also noticed I called my friend Carri and Carrie, the correct name is Carrie.
