Hey,
I have really long strraight brown hair and I am looking to get NATURAL looking highlights. I have never colored my hair and want to make sure that I get a place that is going to know about long hair and putting in the right shade of highlights, and ones that look natural. Any suggestions of hair salons that aren't extremely expensive in the So. OC area? Thanks
