Well, first and foremost on my list is this site, it has so much good information and a friendly atmosphere. Next, I check http://www.tlhs.org/ as there are some pictures of long hair and care tips there that I was impressed with. I also occasionally go to http://www.longhairlovers.com/ to read the articles they have around the site, though I found their forums a bit difficult to navigate.

I have a user account in www.longhaircommunity.com . It's a big community and though I visit there (and lurk in the Loom regularly  ) I still like it best here.
