Posts: 9	Hair Formula 37 Mar 4^th, 2005 at 2:26pm I want long hair, its not even to my shoulders, this hair formula 37 has alot of nice testimonies, but expensive. What do you recommend, for fast growing hair. i need a booster. Hair formula sais it doubles the growth monthly Any comments will be helpful.

Their hair grew at 1/2" before taking it. After taking it for 6 months their hair grew at 0.5" per month. They did think that their hair was healthier, however.

A good multi-vitamin is always recommended. Other supplements that may help with the growth or health of the hair are MSM, Biotin, and Silica. These 3 are also reported to help minimize with shedding.

As hard as it is to accept, growing long hair takes patience. There are no quick solutions (other than extensions and hair pieces). The best course, it to take care of your hair and enjoy the progression it makes to your desired goal.

Hi! Its not only vitamins. It is eating right, exercising, drinking plenty of water, and getting the right amount of sleep. And the list goes on. Vitamins can help to strengthen one's system. It also depends a lot on your genetics. My hair grows an average of 3/4 inch per month, but so does almost all the hair in my family. My mom and sister cut theirs monthly to maintain their favorite style. Yes, proper maintainance is important. Also, as Bikerbraid commmented, growing hair takes patience.

So, take the best care of it you can, have some patience, and if it only grows 1/2 inch a month, it still growing!!

There are testimonials on the hf37 page from others saying that their hair grew 2 or 3 inches a month after starting on the program. I don't understand....what can be unhealthy about it? Blondie35

I happen to use Origin for women. hair,skin,nails . But when i was in high school I used to take prenatel vit. on a regular basis.
I how ever have always had the gift of fast growth for my hair. I have never had my hair short. I do know that these vit. are really working, I not only can see my hair growing way faster before taking them, but my nails are growing extremely fast aswell. I just recommend taking any over the counter multi vit. and eating alot of protien in your diet, as well ask milk.

My hair is 2 feet in lenth and in 24 months my hair will be below my bottom.
