Hair Buddies

Do any of you other members who are growing out your hair live in Missouri? Just curious because I live in Southeast Missouri and it would be kind of cool to have a hair buddy.

You know, someone else who knows what you're going through in relation to the trials and tribulations of hair growing. Someone who doesn't think you're insane when you start talking about ACV rinses and hair toys and cones. Someone who doesn't think that "terminal length" has anything to do with death! I'm the only person in my group of friends, coworkers, and family who is in the process of growing out my hair and it would be nice to have a buddy to share things with... *wistful sigh* But, hey, if I don't find a hair buddy living close by, at least I have you guys!

I'm thinking one of these days a journey will happen...LL longhairs (and longhair growers) will journey the world over meeting other LL longhairs (and growers)...oooh'ing and aaah'ing over each other's hair 8).

I know! a LL convention! Every year a different country (or continent).
Although after reading the thread about the obsessed/possessed LL collectors Wink

, Rapunzel will have to spend every minute for the rest of her life in the workshop making hairsticks to sell at the conventions.
Hummmm, I wonder how long her hair would be then ???

I can almost imagine the midway, workshops, etc. I have quite a good imagination.
Problem is my practical side gets in the way and I can't imagine spending my money going to a convention for hair -- I agonize over spending the money for a professional convention, let alone something for fun Roll Eyes
