I visited to read a hair journal from a member who also visits the other long hair site I belong to. Lo and behold, I realized that I already know a bunch of you. So, I thought I would register and have yet another support group for long hair.

I'm 34, a sociology professor at a small college, a mother of 2 little ones, and have been married for almost a decade. I started growing my hair Oct 2004 from about shoulderlength. I had an epiphany at the time about how growing my hair could help me save money and attain a dream I hadn't considered before. I've always wanted long hair, but never had the patience to spend the time growing it. My hair is about 2 inches from BSL right now. I hope eventually to get to waistlength.

I just started using LML about a week ago and am thrilled with the results.
