I am not the most savy person for instructions - but the first thing you need is a picture host.  I use photobucket
http://www.photobucket.com/.

When you have that all set up all youhave to do is click and paste (LOL, if you have anything in your pic label that gets auto censored it will come up as *****thingy****).

There are instructions under the Tip for the Week - Posting Pictures.  Once you have your picture hosted somewhere on the net (photobucket or www.tinypic.com, for example), then use the instructions in the Tips.
