Closet longhairs
Oct 24th, 2005 at 8:02pm

Today I went to the Vitamin Shoppe to pick up some biotin. As I was checking out, I got into a conversation with the sales person about long hair. He told me that he used to have waist length hair but cut it all off because of the way that people reacted to his long hair and that he wanted to look more professtional. Then he admitted that he loved his hair long and was going to start growing it out again. Yeah! From what I could tell he had black 2cNiii hair, which would have been gorgeous if it was long. Of course I told him about the site  Grin. Hope to see you on here Michael  Wink. So anyways, do any of you know a "closet longhair" Meaning a man or a woman over a certain age who wont grow out there hair because of what society thinks?

Gee, I don't think I know anyone like this. The people I know who want long(ish) hair are currently growing their hair out.

My ex boyfriend from long ago donated his BSL (well, what would it be called for a guy... Roll Eyes) hair to one of his friends who had cancer.

He's a pretty cool guy, though he's a closet longhair now.  I don't think he's going to grow it that long.

I don't think I really know of any closet long hairs, most people I know who want long hair already have it, except for my boyfriend. His only stays short due to work for now, but he plans to grow it out some eventually.

I cut off my bf's longish hair (it was to his shoulders if i remember well).  Grin
(he has relatively wavy and coarse hair, naturally dry that is. add to that frequent dyes and silicone = straw - and it didn't look that nice on him in the end. i helped him off silicone though).
