This is fish oil for consumption, not your hair.    If you have ever had the experience of taking a fish oil capsule, and later burping up fish scented burps, you'll really appreciate this.  My co-worker recommended this to me - Carlson's brand Lemon Flavored Fish Oil.  They also have Cod Liver Oil.  I've always known that fish oil is something I should be taking as a supplement because I don't get enough of it in my diet (it's full of omega-3s) but couldn't stand the fish burps.  I gave this one a try.  I thought it would be gel caps, but it's pure liquid that you measure out on a teaspoon. 

It's great!  It doesn't even taste like anything - it feels like vegetable oil.  It does have a lemon scent, and no fish scent to speak of.  Now I get lemon burps which is MUCH more pleasant.

You can get this stuff at your health food store or organic food store in the vitamin aisle.  Kind of expensive - $20 for 40 servings.  They recommend one or two teaspoons a day.
