Hi and welcome! Smiley  When I used to bodybuild and run my hair was an issue, too!  I would put it up in a high ponytail or braid it and bun it.  Worked well for me at that time!  Hope it helps you!

Welcome!

If your braid is long enough to swing around (and bother you when running, etc), try bringing the end of your braid back up to your neck and use a scrunchie or hair friendly hair tie to tie the end up.  This will reduce your braid in half, reducing the potential weapon that a long braid can become. Hi, and welcome to LL!

I think a pair of pigtail braids brought around to the front of your body should do the trick.  My hair isn't as long as yours, but is also thick and I think that takes a bit of thought when trying to be comfortable and active.

Let us know what works out!!
