Hello everyone! im so glad i found this site. Have started to change my haircare routine already.

I have very damaged curly hair, but i am determined to start looking after it properly and grow it long again!

It takes a lot of patience and persevernce to get through the time it takes to imporve damaged hair.  You can do it!!

Thanks for the encouragement
I have just been out today buying some decent shampoos and conditioner to try, jojoba oil and a wide tooth comb. I recently made a major to change my diet, and from what i have been reading in other threads this should help my hair as well.   Smiley

and the hairsticks are beautifull, I think i will have to splash out on a pair soon!
