May not help, but it sure can't hurt.

I believe the board has required everyone to login since the upgrade. (At least I know I had to log in from both of my computers that I use to access the boards.) I'm thinking the issue is probably related to the timing of the upgrade. An initial upgrade was done several weeks ago to get things in place. I think the "Ex-members" are people who may have registered and posted between then and the final upgrade. We'll figure it out eventually!
