The only veggies I don't like are escarole and bok choy.
Don't fry anything. All my food is either steamed, broiled or cooked healthy.
I use Earth Balance for all my vegan baking.
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
The list goes on and on.

It is a very strict eating habit, but that's just me. Don't kick yourself if and when you fall off the wagon. Just get back up and on it!!

It's the kind of weight that's dropped, not the amount. The body likes to hold onto fat and drop muscle. So when you drop a quarter to half a pound a month, just know that it is most likely fat that you dropped.
Make sure that you do some kind of aerobic exercise and strength training. It's important to keep the muscle strong. You won't bulk up,promise. You'll get definition and trim.
I have been practicing Pilates for just about 10 years and became a yoga teacher in 2003. I can teach either in a chair or on the mat. Flexibility is a major important thing to have.
