hey all. I get a perm every couple months. Like a body wave type deal. It makes it so that my hair actually holds a curl.

But when it comes to styling it I'm just horrible.

Ok so this is kinda weird but I have this major obsession with Hilarie Burton, and so I'm always trying to get my hair to look like hers. (among other things)

does anyone know how I could style my hair like these different pictures. instructions would be appriciated. I'll post a couple different style and I hope you guys can help me. give me instructions on ones you know how to style. Or if you have another cute hilarie look I should know about lol.

Hi, hil_FanV. If your hair is as long as hers...

In the first picture, I think you could achieve it with hot rollers-mostly the large to medium size rollers.

The second pic bangs look like jumbo velcro roller-you can do it with dry hair, just spray it with styling gel and smooth hair over roller. I'm guessing her bangs go down to about her mouth.

The other pictures look like large barrel curling iron to me.

Good luck! I'm just guessing about these...

It teaches you how to pin curl, and wrap a bit of your hair on your finger and leave it there for a minute. Im sure it will help you with your curls. It has helped me. It is the Curly hair bible.
