It goes like this:
Someone posts a word and the next poster posts that word and the one that comes to his/her mind.
example:
mother
baby

in case of two people following off from the same word with a different one, it is commonly accepted to use the first
one posted
part of the fun is to "rush" to post first the word that comes to your mind  _______________________________
