Since I lost my other new job on June 2, I applied for a school bus driving position.  I interviewed on tuesday and found out I got the job.  Now, I have to study and get a CDL, then onto behind the wheel (btw) training.  They want me up and driving, learning my routes by the time school starts this next year.  Public schools go thru bus drivers like crazy.  Mostly cuz of the actions of the kids riding the buses.  Drivers get plain tired of the kids.  I am hoping to make it at least 5 years.  So, we'll see how long I last.

Thanks all of you!!  I am actually excited altho now some of my friends are finding out about the new job, they are not hesitating to give me gory details.  It hasnt dampened my excitement yet tho.  A friend of mine agreed to quiz me for my CDL tests.  It will be very helpful for me.  Have a great weekend.

Congratulations on getting the job.  I'm sure you will do just fine getting your CDL.  Yes, driving school kids can be a challenge, but I'm sure you can handle it.  Just stand tough and you will be fine.
