4 wheeled transporatation

If you drive to work, grocery shop, run errands or just travel what kind of vehicle do you do it in?

We own a 2002 Dodge Neon which we use mainly for grocery shopping but we sometimes go out of town and it is nice to just hop in the Neon and go Cool

Here is a picture of it.

This picture was taken prior to getting new Hydra rims, having all the chrome removed and the windows blackout.   Looks like a sleeper but is a Honda Civic eater!!  Has its 200,000 mile badge too!

I drive a 2000 Subaru Legacy (nick-names Scooby-do) with a 5 speed manual transmission.  I love that car in the winter - it will go thru just about anything!

Hubby drives a 2006 Chrysler Town & Country minivan with the Stow-n-Go seats.  Love that feature!

We also have our 22' Winnebago View which is built on a 2005 Dodge Sprinter chassis with a Mercedes desiel engine.

I have a 2006 Toyota Corolla...phantom gray.  Cool
Not exactly the sexiest thing on wheels, but I can't argue with 40 MPG.
Oh, and her name is Raine.

I myself don't own a vehicle, but my BF does... three actually. one of which hasn't worked since before I moved here, the second of which stopped working the day Paul came up to see me in MO(over a year ago), was fixed for all of 3 months, and is dead again, and the third of which, well. It runs. Sort of.
we have to push start it, and make sure not to stop the engine anywhere that doesn't have a nice sized "runway"... yeh. We've got three dinky trucks.

Good news, though. I've gotten really good at popping clutches, and have developed a serious appreciation for standard transmission. If truck #3 were an auto... well. I'd probably have starved to death by now...... :/

Jerry, as you may remember, I have a large collection of cars. Normally, in the last year, I use a 2001 Ford Expororer sport 2 door 4wd that gets maybe 7 or 8000 miles a year. For the times I need a truck, it's a 2002 GMC full size with 5 speed manual. It has only 8600 miles in the 5 1/2 years I had it.

For the better days, there is the 1970 Corvette. Sadly, due to financial problems, I had to sell my all original pristene 1970 Impala. My shaggin' Wagon Dodge cargo van with the shag carpet top bottom and sides with the bed in back blew an engine at 212,000 miles. The bed is now in the explorer with the back seats down. Her's is a 94 Tarus with 220,000 miles. She drives a lot.
