I guess I'll need a trim soon, but I'm holding off!  I have some pieces that are at 36 inches!!  The rest is past 35, so I'm getting there.  I'll try and post an updated picture soon.

Trying to remember my biotin each day,

I had to trim the ends a few weeks ago (I forgot to say anything, It was during my depressed/untalkative period) So I'm at 30".

I figured a small trim to get rid of split, crunchy, odd stabby ends was probably a good idea.. It made me feel better about my hair, and self.
And it still FEELS longer than it was... maybe because the hemline is thicker?

I measured right after conditioning, then combing through my leave in conditioner, so it's as straight as it's ever going to be... apparently I'm only a few inches from hip length! woo! (one of the benefits of being one of those people who have short torsos anyway, and I think my hips start high on my body)

So here's where I am currently.  I guess the ends don't look too shabby yet, but definitely not even any more.  I am not sure if I want to trim it perfectly straight or just see what shape my hair takes if I find and clip only the split ends.  Hmmm.  I have never really done that for a long period of time, so I may try.

Well good evening everyone  Cool.  This months growing period has been excellent for me.  Mom measured again this time, 1st measurement was 42 1/2 inches (bun waves left in), then I combed it out and she measured again 43 inches.  Last month was 401/2 inches. So---no matter how I look at it, I have gained at least 2 inches this time.  WoooHoooo  Grin Grin.  I am still doing all can do to take good care of it.  But it is getting to be almost too much.  I am going to do a trim around the 24th (dont know how much now) and see if that helps.  The ends are really almost as thick as the general body now.  I can almost sit on it again.  My plan is still for my knees.  So---here I grow.

Well, I am at 22 inches now.  That puts me about on schedule with 1/2 inch per month.  I believe my hair grows faster in the winter.  Guess we will find out when I am actually measuring it as opposed to judging it by when I need to color again.

I got a trim today...now I'm at 21-3/4".  Seems like I'll never reach BSL!  I am almost all one length now though.  Undecided

A lady at the salon said I had beautiful curly hair, so that was the best thing that happened at the salon...

Hang in there, Sakina. I was in that same boat last year. Seemed like I'd never reach 24" but...I did. Now I'm almost at BSL. It'll happen, girl. *hugs*
