I woke up at about 4am this morning with a sinus headache  .  It hurt to the point I thought I was gonna be sick.  I laid very still for a couple of hours then it was ok to start moving.   My hair looks like headache.  Its frizzy, very unapplealing, yuck  .  The headache is gone for now, hope it doesnt return.  I will probably have to wash my hair tomarrow.  Its not that I dont like to wash on tuesdays, but I like have clean fresh hair for church on wednesdays.

I get sinus headaches, too. Yuck!  I'm glad you're feeling better, and hope it stays away.  I find taking lots of vitamin C keeps them away!
