hello everybody!

hi,
My names joanna and i am 38. I am growing my hair with a final goal of either classic or waist depending on how i manage it. I was 22.8" which had a V hemline but I just self trimmed to a blunt so I am back to 22". this doen't bother me as my hair feels thicker now.

My hair type is 2b/c wavy with the odd ringlet which i like! my hair colour....im not sure to be honest dark blond? light brown? with a splash of red here you go, you tell me!! .

I have had waist length hair in the past which i had cut to a very short bob which was shaved at the back eekkkk! but my hair was damaged with dye and use of straighteners. im proud to say my hair is all virgin and I use no heat on it at all now.

Supplements I take MSM and silica at the moment was one multi vits and biotin but ran out (mental note to get some more). I also eat loads of marmite (vegimite) and this i think has an effect on my growth, which is presently 0.8" a month. I also use daktarin (monistat) on my scalp twice a week, which has decreased my shedding and improved my growth rate.

I am hoping to reach BSL by may 08 which is 27" on me so 5" to go! so there you have it. This seems quite a friendly forum, there are some which i have felt like an outsider and get the feeling that you need to be a memeber for 100 years to be accepted, so this ones is a refreshing change!

I also used to have waist length hair and had to cut it short, so I feel your pain, chica. Hope you reach BSL soon. All the best and happy growing.
