Anyways I have always wanted to grow my hair out since my early teens. About three or so years ago I finally started growing it out (very slowly) I have really fine hair so it is a pain to maintain. I hope you all can help me out because I have a lot of questions to ask.

Welcome to the madness.    I have very fine hair too, so I understand what a pain it can be. But I'm sure you'll find plenty of suggestions here that will be helpful. There's a lot of trial & error when it comes to long hair, so don't be too afraid to experiment. 

Anyway, it's always cool to see an aspiring long-haired dude on the boards. Cheers!
