I like to drink beer, I don't know if I want to put it on my head.  I certainly wouldn't use a high end beer!

If you try it, be sure to let us know the results!  I do know that using beer in haircare has been around a long time, seems like too much work to me.

It sounds interesting! I don't really drink, but if it works well then I would go out and buy beer just for my hair.  Grin
Let us know if you try it!

I've never used a beer shampoo, but I know a number of people who have used beer as a rinse for shine.  We seldom have beer around (we're wine drinkers!), so I don't have the opportunity to try it.

I remember the beer rinse from my Junior High school days.  A girl got in trouble for having beer in her locker.  Her excuse was that she had it to use as a rinse after gym class with swimming.   Grin  For some reason, the school administration didn't believe her!  Cool

Lush offers a commercial shampoo with beer in it.  When I was there a sales rep recommended it for my hair.  However, it smelled like beer Tongue, so I didn't get it.

I don't like the taste of beer but I've been tempted to try pouring one over my head and then carefully blowdrying to see if it really makes my hair shinier.   The problem with this method is that I'll need to use a blowdryer.

With the shampoo method I could take one of hub's good beers. Cheesy

Hmmmmm, I use shampoo as little as possible.....I wonder if this "reduce the beer" technique would work added to my conditioner for CO?

I have used beer only as a rinse, and did like that a lot.
