It's okay, sometimes I will do online window shopping and add things to my "cart"... & then just never check out.
It's like retail therapy.... so I guess this is your short hair cut therapy.... JUST DON'T ACTUALLY GO THROUGH WITH IT!  Lips Sealed lol  Wink

The full moon has addled your brain?  You're longing for change and looking in the wrong spot?  You want people to notice that there's something new/different about you?  Try a wig!  Get a tattoo!!  Go somewhere you've never been before?

i used to have this problem after watching old movies with Leslie Caron in them, since she had some very charming short hairstyles. BUT, when this would happen i'd have to go tell my friend who would then tell me i was nuts and remind me to keep growing out my hair-essentially she'd say she was going to kick my butt if i cut my hair. a day later, the urge would pass and i'd be happy i hadn't cut it. this hasn't happened for over a year now in my growing out process, so i think i'm over it now. just rent a good movie with some beautiful long hair styles, like Lord of the Rings, and you'll get over it. Appreciate the short hair styles.  Sometimes if I see a lovely short hairstyle online, I'll try to photoshop it onto a pitcure of my head.  That usually cures me.

I DO think there are many lovely hairstyles out there for different lengths.  I just know they're not for me through experience.  I don't prefer long hair to the exclusion of being able to see the attractiveness in other styles.

Just remembering what above shoulder length hair does to my very round face is enough to keep me from getting the chop.
