I'll start with my own intro (sorry if some of you have read this before).

I have hair that is past my waist, dark blonde with lighter ends and grey starting to show.  I usually wear my hair in a figure 8 type bun or braids.

I'm a product junkie - always looking for something better.  I've decided that my hair does not do well with long term use of products with -cones.  My most consistently used shampoo is Aussie Mega with Aussie 3 Minute Miracle for conditioner.  I put a bit of the conditioner on the ends as a leave in.

I like to do a vinegar rinse every other week to remove any product buildup.

I use jojoba oil on the length at night and as a deep conditioner.

I love to bike.  I ride a silly looking recumbent bike - it is much more comfy.  Biking creates its own challenges with long hair, so I usually put my hair in twin braids and wear a cap under my helmet to protect my hair.
