Okay, I'll play too:

Let's see: my name's Christine and I'm a physicist by trade. I live in the Rocky Mountain West. Other than taking lots of vitamins and removing tangles  Grin my hobbies include running and paragliding. I also love to cook, dance, read books and watch movies, but don't ask me to decorate your house unless you think bricks and boards are the best kind of bookshelves ever.

Actually, my Christmas tree is still up. But, it's great light to make out to.

Okay, the hair: light red, just past the shoulder blades. It was mid-back, but I had about 4" cut off in Nov. due to damage and then a 1" trim last month. But, hopefully, we're done with the big whacks now!

Texture = ultra fine and straight. When I live someplace with humidity, it gets wavy.

Products: conditioner = Matrix Biolage Conditioning Balm. I'm still experimenting with shampoos.

Supplements: I've always taken a good stiff multivitamin (Vitamin Cottage Mega Power Packets); recently, I've added GNC's Ultra Nourishair. I'm hoping that I can get my hair to grow fast enough to outpace the development of split ends!

BTW: I've learned almost everything I know about long-hair care from this site. So, thank you, everyone, for all of the great help!

Christine

Physicist??   Shocked Paragliding?? Shocked  My YOU live an interesting life, even if your decorating tastes are bricks and boards (I have them too!).

I've done some hiking and camping the the Rockies - beautiful view!  Unfortunately, high altitudes cause problems for me  Sad so I can't stay long.

Glad we've been able to help!
