I have hair just pass my shoulder blades. and I am loving it. It's wavy, so occasional frizz does occur

After i had it highlighted I got a gazillion splitted ends and I just can't get rid of them. Cutting most of my hair is NOT an option

Natural colour is either dark blond or brunette (opinions vary). AFter i had highlights two years ago i coloured it dark but they burned it and now it's burned again so i am trying my best to do something about it, and actually it's working, they started looking shinier and healthier so with your help i'll keep on doing the RIGHT thigns
