Hi everyone.
Hair has been an obsession for years. I was very bad to my hair in high school and would change color by the month. From blonde, to red, to red with blonde streaks, to burgundy, to burgundy permed and finally bleach blonde. (With many other stops along the way.)
When I joined the military, and had to wear my hair in a tight bun everyday, I realized how much damage I had caused to my hair. My hair was long but it began to break off in an extreme manner. Needless to say I was devastated.
Its been two years and I learned the hard way to love my hair and it will love me back.
Sorry for rambling. My hair is dark brown, thin (as in each hair) and thick (amount). My hair is mostly straight and healthy but it has layers Sad

. Since I have limited imagination this limits my hairstyle significantly.
I am glad to have found your board. I know I will learn a lot.
