making snowflakes

ok.....
I'm sharing my lastest diversion.  How many of you cut out snowflakes from white paper as a child?

I remember spending many hours doing this with my grandmother, then mounting them into a black-paged scrapbook bound in leather.

After all of these years, I find cutting them out is still too much fun, and a lovely way to express my creative side for a moment or two on the computer each day (ok, I'll admit - one day I sat here making snowflakes for nearly an hour!).

I'm placing the site here...
Please enjoy it - I know I sure have...
Just click on create your own flake - and let the fun begin!!! as you "cut out" the paper, your actions are displayed on the "whole" flake to the left.

If you'd like to see my snowflakes - so far I've made RJR2 - RJR 31 ... check the section "find a flake" and enter the letters (not the numbers) and "my" flakes will start falling - click on each "dot" and it will display a flake. after 30 flakes, they're certainly getting more creative - see what you can make!

WOW Nightowl! Yer snowflakes were brilliant! I'm highly impressed!

I especially liked the Eye see you one. Deadly!

Now I'm gonna spend the next 10 hours online trying to do snowflakes. Hubby is gonna have a hairy canary when he comes home. Hee-hee!

I LOVE snow, snowflakes and winter!

Both of those sites are really cooooool! 8)

I made 2 on the first one and 1 on bikerbraids site.

I couldn't control the scissors very well on the second site but my snowflake turned out tremendous!

I've bookmarked both sites.

Thanks so much!!!
