OMG/dess - thanks for posting those(even if I didn't catch my "simple" goof) - they are great.

*squinting suspiciously again* does Hubs looks like he's having a bit too much fun.  You are an overstimulating influence on the men in your life Mistress  Grin.

You GO - on the Magic Pack - if you run out I can always send you a bit on the Scalp Oil, I could even try to package the #27 up tight.  It takes awhile to get that Magic Pack - the sucker is huge ... thanks again, I'm gonna call my husband in to see *EVILLE  Grin* ...g

Aww, shucks!  *coy grin, giggles*  All your pretty words is makin' me blush.
Thanks just the same  Grin

Today I finally made that damp bun.  It was easy and quick!  I didn't put any styling stuff in my hair, so the baby hairs dropped down after drying.  Wore my Bloo Moon Holostix, tres cute!  I think it will work out for me to wash hair in the AM as long as I don't want my waves.  Next time I may try a damp french braid.

I'm so pooped today.  I'm coming to terms with the fact that I have adrenal exhaustion.  I've been denying it, but if I'm going to get better I better get real.  I now have to focus on healing.

No sugar, grains, fruit or chocolate while I'm healing.  Kinda makes me wonder what kinda life will it be without chocolate?!
I think I'll be able to go back to eating "normally" after the acute stage of healing is done.  How long will that be?  Hard to tell.

I hope with all of the protein and vegetables I have to eat that my hair grows more.  Then add to that the MP and boy! look out here I come  Roll Eyes

I wore a chinese bun to work today.  I used one of my Shanghai Rapunzelstix and easy as 1-2-3 and 4 bobby pins later voila! I was set.  It wasn't the neatest bun but I didn't care.

I've been napping most of today-fatigue being one of the symptoms of AE.  This situation has me concerned about auditioning for local theatre-I'm afraid I won't have the energy to see it through.  Maybe next year.

Thank You, Gabi!  You are very sweet  Grin

I'm having a yuck day today.  I'm feeling isolated.  I'm changing my eyebrow line so I'm growing my brows in so I can change the shape.  Not a very pleasant experience.  I feel like I look Cromagnon.  At least I have good teeth!

*sigh*

I WANT MY MAGIC PAK!

Gabi, how did you choose yours?  Did they help you pick it out?  I hope to order mine on the 22nd.

Hi Sakina!

I went through all kinds of figuring how to get the best deal on the MP, you know, put together and student sizes, six monthers etc.,  and finally I just said *&^% it!  And went for the full one year, everything but the tools (since I had them already).  I just considered how much I used to spend experimenting and figured - I know this works for me *big WOW works* so here I am and quite happy about it  Grin.

It's a big honking package  Grin.

Take care of yourself ...g

Thanks for the relpy, Gabi!  I plan on the 1 year pak, I'm debating on the tools to have as backups.  Not sure yet!!

Last night hubby took me to the casino for buffet-crab legs galore!  YYYYYYyyyyuuuuuuuuuuuummmmmyyyyyyyyyyyy!
After we ate I played a bit of nickel slots and won $55.  It was really fun!
I tried to do the soft pompador and psyche knot.  Then I thought I'd re-do it and it wouldn't look as nice.  So!  I tried again the 1/2 pony bun with the twist and I think it turned out the best!  I wore my new Divine Morn Artistix and La Jolla Geishastix to visually balance it out.  I'll post pics later...

Saw a couple of rainbows-it rained so hard here yesterday.  WOW!  Nothin' like a microburst.

My hair seemed almost rediculously soft after washing (LML) and smells sooo good even when dry.  Awesome.

Adding those pics I promised...

This is the same style as in the first pic under "Let Me Inspire You" in the show off your locks thread.  This version (IMO) is better because 1)my hair is longer making the twist nicer and 2)I could make the bun a bit looser ('cause hair is longer) so it was easier to blend in the bun with the side hair after pinning the twist.

Hi Sakina,

I use to shave off my eyebrows and pencil them in to have a 40's look to my make up.  Everyone use to say I resembled Marlene Dietrich. (I'm a big fan of 40's actresses)  Well, after doing it for years I too wanted them to grow back.  Problem is bald spots!  Embarrassed  and the fact that the hair gets wild so I have to trim it.  So I understand how daunting it can be but cheer up, there's always eyebrow pencils! Grin

Your hubby is really handsome BTW!  Roll Eyes

Oooo - eyebrows - I have some fuzzies too and actually although I sympathize *arrgh* with the growout - the nice thing is that you CAN play with the shapes.

I mean, we ain't cutting our hair so it's nice to have something to play with  Grin.

Sakina - I really debated about the tools too.  I'm actually going to  Roll Eyes end up ordering some of them in subsequent orders.  As I've now realized that I'm always going to be ordeing something.  She just has all this cool STUFF  Grin...g

Lisabelle,

Thanks for your encouragement.  I don't have bald spots yet but I do have wild hairs.  One hair is pure white!
Hubby says thank you for the compliment!  (I think so, too  Wink)
