Yep, I've been teaching 7 classes a week for a long time but next month I'll be teaching 6.

I had cheesecake today!  Mmmmmm hit the spot!!

Thanks, Cynde, but I just ordered a slice from the restaurant.  I don't eat cheesecake often so one piece will probably do me for another year.  I do, however, make good cheesecakes but I always give them away or make them for a party.  After all that work I never wind up eating them (well, except for my White Chocolate Hazelnut cheesecake-just one pc.).

Moonchild, I hope you'll try a class.  Have you done yoga before?  It is the best job I've ever had.   Grin

Maroula, I started writing on a calender what I used and when so for example: 1st of July OS (ouozo shampoozo)/#9, July 2nd ditto, July 3rd skip, July 4 OS/HB (honey bee)/ #9.  I just lined them up in my shower and 3 days on, then next type 3 days on, etc.  If my hair felt dry I'd use superclear a day or two and then go back to whatever was next in line.  I got the smaller suprise pak and had fewer items than you received.  This method helped me out, esp. for the protein treat which is supposed to be every week & a half.  I'd never keep track otherwise.

Today was my last Thursday class @ Gold's.  Sigh of relief!

Interesting treatment today, my right sacral tighness @ muscle attachment site is somehow connected to my right ovary and right adrenal gland.  I hope the tapping here will allieviate my hip troubles.  Then maybe I can go back to ballet and/or bellydancing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ooops!  I ordered the Plum Posey Futuristix.  Well, they'll go with my amethyst geishastix.  Otherwise I don't have a companion for it!  Gotta have a companion.  I think it is becoming my signature look!!  Ooops again!!  I just checked and don't know what I was thinking, the amethyst stix are silver, not gold.  Hmmm, something matching must be on its way...works out that way sometimes!

Got 4 new jewelry rolls, gotta go fill 'em up.  I love organizing my stix.  Hmmm, like a need ANOTHER hobby!

Ack, that doesn't sound good at all. I hope your hip and gallbladder troubles get fixed soon.

Really like the new avatar, Sakina!

E'Gads - I have big time sacro illiac problems - so chronic with activity.  My utmost well wishes for all the aches and pains.

Drugs sound fun but they aren't really when you need them.  Laying off is extremely sucky too.  Constant battle.

Hey, but congrats on the cheesecake - sometimes ya gotta have it.  BTW Maroula need you in her journal ...hugs, gabi

Thank you Sakina, the calendar idea is a good one...especially when I can't get on the computer to see what I wrote that I used. lol

Gabi wrote very detailed instructions in my journal so that's how I'm going to try them. Smiley

Thanks, 13bodies.

OK, I've had some cheesecake and NOW its cookies.  I want cookies.

Whew!  My LML order arrived today, I was soooooo low on my scalp oil and chillout spray.  I'm trying the wavy hair gel, it smells great!!

I ordered the "French Smoother" comb, they say it acts like a squeegee, will be good for putting hair up damp if it helps reduce water.  Will see...

I have a sore neck and little headache after s&d today.  Guess I need to space out my sessions.

I'm glad you got your LML today Sakina. Smiley  Please let me what the gel is like and if you like it or not.  I was thinking about getting one of them and possibly the hair spray.  Have fun with your goodies!

Early update on hair gel.

I washed w/camo & #10-B, used my microfiber towel.  I tried out the smoother comb.  Hair drying VERY quickly.  Applied about a nickel size dollop of gel.  It went on easy, and after "raking" it through with my fingers I began to scrunch.  This gel is #14 wavysoft.  I actually had to spray the top layer and scrunch again 'cause it was dry already!  Guess I'll need to be quicker next time, but I always put body lotion on before doing my hair.  My waves are very soft and long.  Hair has good volume, but that could be 'cause I've been using #2 shampoo for a while and just switched to camo.  Am thinking about using the protein treatment tomorrw w/camo & #10-B.  After my massage.  Oh, yeah I didn't get my massage on Friday-she hurt her back so it got postponed to Sunday.

The main reason I got the gel was to use when doing updo's and when I want a smooth look.  The only other styling stuff I use is jessicurl, which is designed to enhance and define my wave.  Will probably try LML's hairspray in the future.

Moonchild, sorry I forgot to answer your question.  I don't remember every city I visited but amongst them were Munich, Frankfort, Eisenach, Ider-Oberstien, please forgive my spelling.  There were more, I think I was in Germany for at least 3 weeks, but it was pretty much a 2 night stay in each city and then on to the next.  I was travelling with UP WITH PEOPLE 1990-1991, that's why my stays were short and I can't remember them.  I think I have the tour itinerary around here somewhere.  Wait!  I think it is listed in our year book-I'll go check.

OK, are you ready?

Funny, some memories come back as I'm typing these names but I couldn't have told you before.  Munich was a shopping day and not a place we stayed overnight.  Eisenach was also a day trip into East Germany.
So!  I hope you're not sorry you asked!  (heehee)

OK.  Update on gel.  My hair is soft and after I combed it I spritzed w/rosewater to scrunch waves on top layer back in.  Since they weren't very defined to begin with the were very soft.  I decided to wear a 1/2 pony bun.  I'm proud to say that today I was able to make it with pins only-no elastic.

Observe:

...

Those are the Dark Knight gemstix.  That's the most awesome hematite bead I've ever seen.

Got a couple of good shots of the boys.

Here's Jumpin' Jupiter, 3 months old

We've just started letting them out into the rest of the house, much to Sweetie's dismay.

I was wondering which gel to get, the wavy soft one or the next one up.  I would want a little more hold for the crown area, but softer throughout the hair.  Decisions, decisions.

Your hair looks great!!!  Beautiful, defined waves...so pretty and those are gorgeous hairstix!

Your babies are gorgeous!  I had a black cat, Jeff, he was a pretty thing as well. Smiley

Your hair looks really great. I hope that I can use sticks soon myself. So pretty!  Smiley I know I'm repeating myself, sorry  Smiley

Interesting choice of cities. Munich should have been a lot of fun - shopping anyway

I've been to Eisenach once after the border opened - just to see what is was like

And Kassel...hm, I say that's about 1 1/2 from home. Same with Frankfurt - just the opposite way.  Smiley

Now I am closer to Munich and Nuernberg.

When in Dachau, did you go and see the Death Camp?

The pics of the kitty-cats are cute.  Smiley
