Your 10b is good for both scrunching and sleeping.

I definitely think that scrunching wet hair without a protective coating could make splits, dots or breaks...g

I'll have to pay more attention, but I think I only scrunch stuff into my hair.  Hmmmm-Thanks for mentioning that!!

OK, how do I apply 10-b scrunching and sleeping??

Welll, I had an interesting day today!

I was gonna shower, but got up late and figured-hey!  my massage is going to get oil in my hair so who cares?!  I had bliss balm on my ends so I put it up in a low bun and wore my Peac0ck Flash Foilstix that matched purrfectly with my blue linen tank.  Waay cute!

I go to my massage appointment and my therapist wasn't there!  Yikes!  I called her cell and left a message and left a message.  Turns out she was stuck in trafic a block away.  Luckily I had brought my voice lesson tape to practice in the car so I was still in front of the building when she called back and I still got my massage.   Yay!

Then I went to Whole Foods to get a snack before my counseling session.  This handsome man (40's ish) was checking me out!  Hee hee, that was fun!  And I got some food that complies w/my AE diet.

Next I had some very good realizations in my counseling session.  It was awesome.  Paradigm shifting awesome.

I get home and take a brief nap before going back to the eye doctors to see if I can get a different type of contact lense.  I'm trying out the hydrating lenses.  Apparently they're made of a different material.  Will try 'em on tomorrow.  Got another sample of solution, too.

I come home and hubby's already there-we were going to go work out together but I figure walking is the only exercise I can honestly handle right now.  So, we go to dinner, grocery shop and take a 45 minute walk in our neighborhood.  I love walking in the moonlight-no sunscreen needed!

Then I come in and drink water and check emails and there are new sticks listed and the Mind's Eye and Venice Burns Glimmerstix are MINE and I bid on the auction so I got 10% off each.

What a great day.  Next I'm going to shower and get to bed early.

Oh Yeah-I got my Victorian outfit in black yesterday.  Whew!  I'm glad it came so quickly.  It looks much better!!!!!!!

Well, after I shampooed and contidioned last night I put a bit more conditioner on and left it in.  Hair is very silky now, and smells good, too.

Thunderstorms predicted for today, I've got another headache.  I hope it rains soon!

The kitten is trying to eat everything on my desk as I'm typing.  Poor little guy didn't get out yesterday until late and then Sweetie chased and swated at him.  So, I can't leave them out all the time unsupervised.  Hope that changes soon!

Yay!  A kitten!  Kittens are so much fun.  They should get used to each other eventually.  Bogie and Rumpole did, and although they'll never be friends they don't try to kill each other anymore.   8)

Thanks, 13bodies!  I love him a bunch and he seems fond of me too.  He gets along well w/the 2yr old we brought home from the humane society at the same time but Sweetie!  Eeeek!  As long as the boys are w/ me and she's in another room we have peace.  I do hope they adjust sooner than later!

On the Hair Front:  applied bliss balm last night and wore until 2pm when I washed w/ouzo and #10B, did another retreat w/#10B  and then scrunched in the #14 wavy gel.  I'm super happy w/the damp results.  My waves are skinny and abundant.  There is an even-ness about them I don't think I get w/jessicurl.  Very little frizz, too.  Looking forward to the dry result-hubby's taking me out to the German restaurant tonight!

Yay!  Monday starts 14 days of liver cleanse.  Yeah, I'll be REEEAAAL pleasant to be around.  Lucky for me I'm already off caffeine.  Mostly veggies am & pm, apples whenever I want and fruit at night.  And raw nuts.  The one thing I'm pumped about is I get to eat SUSHI!!  Liver does best on raw proteins so yay raw fish.  Had some last night.  MMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Good!

I really like these hydroclear lenses.  They allow me to see all the fellas checkin' me out!   8)

We had a massive thunderstorm today, including hale.  We lost power for a while-it was too hot & humid w/o AC.  I was really liking my dry result (see previous entry) but it was too hot to leave my hair down.  After a change of clothes and putting my hair up in a clip hubby took my to the German restaurant and we had a great time and good food.

Trees and power lines were out all over the place.  Thank goodness the restaurant was open.  When we got home everything was on again.

Anybody know why the LML nonmembers catalog isn't operating?  I wanted to order some stuff!  Sad

Thanks, Gabi for pointing that out.  I hadn't read the banner.  I'm so bummed!  I'm getting ready to order my MP.  Do you know how I can get a referral?  I'm feeling really lost and confused.

Eureka!  I've got my Mary Poppins and Ariel the little mermaid makeup figured out.  Took me a couple of tries but I think I've got it just how I want it.  Will wear it to voice lesson and see how it goes over.  So far today I've gotten several compliments on it.  Grin

I LOVE RETREATING w/ #10B.  I've been putting bliss balm on my ends and retreating and my broken hairs are on the decline.  I think the splits are also less.  Wheew!  I was getting troubled over that.  I've decided to get a trim in December to get rid of any of those dots from where hair has broken off.

YAHOOO!

I got my eyebrows waxed today!!!  I love this new lady!!  Now I won't look cromagnon for the recital!!  I think I look 10 years younger.  Seriously!

Have a spa pedicure tomorrow so I'll have pretty feet when I'm Ariel.

I'm so ready, I think I'll have a lot of fun w/ this recital.  My corset isn't here, so I may (just to be on the safe side) pin my skirt instead of buttoning 'cause it's a bit tight and I had planned on the corset to whittle my waist.  Although I'm now at 139#.

I'm feeling really good today.  Eating breakfast is really helping me.

I did a new 'do today, I got a few pics but the camera batteries are too low for me to download now-gotta ask hubby where the spares are.  Will add it later.

Yes, a little pampering will go a long way  Smiley Once a month I go and get the "works" done: a facial with a mask, face and head massage, eyebrows....and then a pedicure. And this lady always plays the most soothing CDs......aaah! Looking forward to my appointment now.

Smiley Can't wait to see your new hair pics!

It's a half pony w/elastic then divided into 3 sections and a curl is made w/ ends partially tucked in.  The hair sticks are LL Simply Chic LL Original Hairsticks.  It was very difficult to photograph, I wish I could show it better.

OK, I wouldn't do this for just anybody...

...

My skin is still a bit red and bumpy, my skin is so sensitive and my vessels are close to the surface.

New development: Jupiter, our kitten has discovered the arrow moving around the screen.  I find it difficult to see through a jumping, bouncing kitten while trying to click on something...

...

It is hard to catch him in the act...I can't move the mouse and take the photo at the same time!!!  However, I did want to show his adorable "stumpy" tail.  He's part manx.  I love him.

Eyebrows look great and - of course - so does your hair!
My layers are long enough on the sides. This is one hairdo I can copycat  Smiley
