Best Friends: "Goddesses of '73"

Robin, I started writing again. Don't know if I'll do illustrations on this one, though.

Kirby Ann and Kayla are back. They are seniors, they turn 18, and have a whole new set of adventures. One night, actually stayed up past 5am to get scenes written before I forgot them. (And my, the spelling at that hour is something to behold!)

Here's a little art from this afternoon.

Robin, the 3rd chapter of Goddesses is ready.

Other notes, Finally rode without a breakdown. Only 5 miles. MAN, am I out of shape! I tried last week and the freewheel froze a mile from home picking up the van from the shop, thus making it a direct drive. Of course this happened going downhill to the creek valley!

It's not so much the legs as it is the out of breath and high heart rate. Must start over with a program to get back in shape. Roll Eyes

Yippee! Another chapter. I must run right over to read it.

Glad to hear you finally got out on the bike. I'm hoping to pull the bike off the trainer this week. (Not that I used it much this winter!! Tongue

) My biking usually starts with Daylight Savings time - so this weekend is it!

Direct drive is a bummer. There is always one or two riders with single gear bikes on my 6 day ride. I don't know how they do it.
