One of my co-workers is a guy who has been growing out his hair for a couple of years now.  His hair is probably around BSL, even tho he doesn't wear a bra!!     I don't see him very often but we happened to be in the same place this afternoon for a small b'day party.  So I said to him, "The hair's looking good, Ron.  No frizzies, no split ends--good job."  He smiled and thanked me.  And it made ME feel good that I made HIM feel good.  So I guess that was my good hair deed for the day.   

It's always nice to give and get hair compliments, and for some reason they always mean more to me coming from strangers.  I've been getting better about complimenting people lately, I wish there were more around to say nice things to.
