I'm afraid I can't answer your question, but I'm sure Sakina can direct you.

**theme from Mighty Mouse** Here I come to save the day...

OK, did you look at the tutorial on Louise Marie Longhairs?  There is a cartoon with the directions and stuff.  Check it out and get back to me-do you have any specific questions on scritching?  I'll help as best I can.

This is the page I learned to scritch from - I think it's the same one Sakina was talking about.  Try not to press too hard because you can irritate your skin.  I stopped doing it because my skin was just way too sensitive since I have eczema, but it does feel great and can improve the circulation in your scalp.

khrome and sakina thanks Kiss,  the page did help khrome i was looking for it and couldnt find it. God Bless your hair! Grin

well its friday and i did a deep conditioning of caster oil in my hair after my bubble bath. now its in a sleek bun.  i did do a five minute hair massage.  i was reading in yesterdays Suntimes newspaper, that gave tips about keeping hair healthy.  Here are some tips that make hair appear younger.

  TIPS FOR YOUNGER LOOKING HAIR

1. USE color boosting conditioner
2. Eat a well balanced diet
3. Excercise
4. Use products with antioxidants and high protein levels.
5. Use a natural bristle brush that will not pull out your hair.
6. Use light weight products
7. Allow hair to air dry naturally
8. Avoid aerosol products
9. Massage scalp on a regular basis

I did the massage today. Just a 5 minute scalp rub.  I enjoyed reading that article in the newspaper. I love hair stories.

Hahha at my parent's house that would be a compliment.  Actually, silence is usually a compliment there.   Wink

Khrome you are just as funny as me!!!!!!!  haha  Kiss

Today- today was a good day thankgod.  in the morning it was rainy but not that cold. i loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee the rain.  i watched HARRY POTTER  for the first time and liked it.  i read the newspaper and got a 20% COUPON in the mail from Carsons. I took it in earlier in the  afternoon and got a price check on my boots that i bought 3 days ago. I got 40 dollars off!!!!!!!!!! Thats alotta money off of boots. i was so happy. talk about smart shopping. Roll Eyes  then i went to Sears and bought 2 pants suits. one black and one gray ON sale!!! i can mix and match them with plenty of different color satin tanks and it will look like different alfits. by the way i love style and fashion.  I finished all my holiday shopping so i wont go until next year. Roll Eyes ???
then i went to a fabulous dinner with my hubby. i had ribeye steak, sweat potatoes, steamed veggies, side salad and iced tea. it was tasty. i had not eaten that well in 2 months! even on thanksgiving i didnt feel well and didnt do my usual 'pigging out its thanksgiving dinner'. i cant remember the last time i have had a dinner that good.........i think it was in the summer on vacation. i got home put my alfits away. i also bought 2 satin tanks one peach and one purple. to go under pantsuits. my hair was in a sleek bun with dangly earings. makeup was natural. i wore a long jeaned skirt, black turtleneck and black boots(the ones i got on sale). i also went to Old Navy and found the flat shoes i wanted on sale and a cute pink shimmery tank. Kiss

caui for now

p.s. ohhhhhhhh when will i be pleased with the length of my hair. ouch it hurtssssssssss.

p.s.s. holiday pet peave waiting in LONGGGGG LINES at stores.

Thanks for the link! I went to the site and it seems like all the stores are only in Illinois. I'm not sure when I'm going to the Chicago area (if I ever make it there), but I'll make sure to check out a Carsons store when I do.  Smiley
