dearest journal,

well i shampooed and conditioned with my new herbal products. my hair is in a bun now and im trying to head massages everyday. (listening to shakiras new english album, in stores since yeserday). my curls love the lhl all in one treatment. my new handmade comb, when i comb it no hair comes out thankgawddddd!!!!!!!! finally. i already used a wide tooth comb, but a plastic one.

dear journal,

yesterday was a rough night. i was very sick with morning/night/day/ evening sickness. thankgod. i will be patient though. my husbands cousin who was 8 weeks had a miscarry. i felt horrible for her. god help her. also one of my best friends had a miscarry at 9 weeks. GOOD LORD. that scares me because i am about 10 weeks. my husbands cousin lost it naturally so she didnt need an opperation , but my friend had to have a DNC(surgery to remove fetus). its makes me sad Cry

to hear these because im pregnant too, and i can imagine that being devastating.

thankgod im feeling a little better, i have to finish some holliday shopping. be back soon hopefully.

dear journal,

ahhhh what a long day! i had a nice bubble bath and herbal tea. it was relaxing. earlier i did some good shopping and got some good gifts. everything was fine until my husband came home Angry

. i have a bday party to go to sat. and will tell you all about it. hopefully Roll Eyes

. also sunday i have an engagement party, hopefully i will tell you what i wore, how i did my hair, and how everything was. im not really in the mood for any parties because i feel sick, and because of the cold weather that i hate when i am pregnant because i always feel cold and sick so i dont know. hopefully it will be ok and i will get through it alive. Roll Eyes

. thats ok. i didnt have time to do my weekly LHL deep conditioning treatment ( that came with the delux package i ordered) so i am doing it now. yesterday was a busy day. some friends came over to visit me and it was nice. they brought candy and cookies for the kids Roll Eyes

(cookies were yummy for me).

Poor Curlygirl. Your mother seems to give you a lot of flak about your hair.

I know a bit about that too. My sister has always been a big fan of my hair, though.

Just out of curiosity, what brands of herbal tea do you fancy? I love Tazo, but I'm always open to trying new things. Wink

I am currently using Salada 100% Green Tea. It says naturally decaffeinated on the box, and antioxidants. It tastes yummy with some honey on a nice cold snowy day.

Thankgod the parties were wonderful. Kiss

Saturday night the birthday party was so fun and wonderful. Until on the way home i got pulled over by the cops and got a ticket for tints Angry

. Its ok though thankgod i got home safe and sound from all those drunks. Cheesy

Its scarey leaving a party knowing there was sooooooo much drunk people there who probobly will be driving home drunk and killing innocent ppl. The cops should get the drunk drivers, not good old mom driving home from her best friends birthday party. ??? its silly. Darn, i should have never used my husbands car. Sunday, i had a dinner to go to and got to the engagement party late. the dinner was nice and peaceful thankgod, the engagement party was fabulous. it was at this extravagant chateau. Everything was wonderful. The lady looked absolutely gorgeous. It was a special and happy time. I seen a ton of ppl i havent seen in years. It was so good to see so many old friends. its nice.

well i shampooed and conditioned with the LHL stuff. I like the way it makes my hair feel smooth and silky. It also looks shiny. well today i visited my cousin who had a baby. It was nice. Adorable baby........ I love newborns. They are in that cute stage, they sleep sooooooo much. Awwwwwwwww.

Hair

- I have my ringlets in a curly shiny loose high bun this morning. It reminds me of a hair style I used to do. My best friend called it the birds nest. Actually, My Best Friend , who has absolutely gorgeous Long locks to her waist. She has loose ringlets. My dream hair Roll Eyes

. We used to do the same hair style. Good Old days Roll Eyes

. Yesterday i did my hair masque. Fridays i remember to do that. Hair is soooo important in this life. It can build or break your self esteem. It gets respect. The way you treat it and care for it.

Today is my BIRTHDAY! Cheesy

It also said it is going to snow 6 inches today, so i wont be going anywhere. Undecided

My BEST friend(God Bless her) is throwing me a birthday party Saturday night. I told her thats ok. but she insisted and invited everyone already. Hopefully it will be Ok. MY idea of having a good time is sipping hot cocoa and watching the snow fall from my bedroom window. Its going to be a challenge for me to stay up until the wee hours of the morning. Usually im in bed by 8pm.

So far I had a birthday bubble bath, with candles, soft music and my fave green soothing tea. I will be staying home today due to the snowfall, but so far i have gotten a ton of phone calls. 8) I was born in Brooklyn, NY on a very snowy cold early morning 2:23 am. Older and Wiser, Eh? Hopefully it will be a Happy Birthday. I might be going out to dinner tonight with family. I would rather stay in my warm and cozy home.

Birthday Hair- Not quite the length i want it but hopefully in 2 or 3 years on my birthday. I will have my ultimate and dream birthday hair. Then it will truely be my birthday everyday to have the longest botecelli locks. I will be patient, because i know it takes alot of patience to grow hair. I washed only with conditioner, then put a dab of baby oil. It is now in a low ponytail, with a cute pinkish scrunchie. Butt crack length is my goal.
