Congratulations!

I'm so sorry you are suffering from morning sickness.  Try eating saltine crackers before you get out of bed, then slowly drink some water - but not a lot of water.  I found that worked most of the time.  I had morning sickness with several of my pregnancies - but not all of them.  I also found that different foods would "turn my stomach" for each pregnancy - not always the same ones.  You can always "save" the Halloween candy for savoring in a couple of weeks - believe me you will enjoy it then!

Keep telling yourself that this will be over soon and when it is, you will probably feel that little life-form moving within you.  It is a sensation you will never forget.

hey ladies Kiss

thanks for the comfort. i read that morning sickness is a sign of a healthy pregnancy so i hope so.  a few months ago i remember reading in a members blog that she was pregnant too but i forgot which one. i wish someone can remind me.  even changing my toddlers diaper makes me get the urge to purge.

dear hair helper,

my hair is still in a nice bun from my bath last night.  its easier to keep my hair in a fun bun. it makes me happy to keep it in a bun all nice tight and secure. safe and sound, thats how i feel about my hair when its in a bun.
i drank green tea and will drink some more soon. it tastes yummy with honey.  i love this hair journal. also i watched my cousins wedding yesterday and my hair looked sooooooo elegant in a classic bun with flower in it. i was estatic when i watched the dvd.  its because of you guys that my hair looked soooooo good. thank god for this.!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Kiss now my hair it falling out a bit i think because im soooooooooooooooooooo sick. yikes. hopefully it will stop.

dear online journal,

i went to a party today and long hair envy!  thick gorgeous long locks. gorgeous color hair.  ohhhhh my hair, thank gawd for my hair! it  was in an elegant bun with 2 white sparkly flowers on the side. i didnt feel well, but i was a good sport. its ok i felt better talking to friends and family.  thankgawd.   it was nice though. a nice change i havent seen them for a month!   i usually have been staying in bed everyday, but i felt better thankgawd,  getting dressed in nice clothes putting on makeup felt like a luxury. it was really fabulous. like good old times.  i wore black nice dress pants, black tank  and white blazer. pointy white shoes, but changed into comfty white sandals.

dear online journal,

well im drinking green soothing tea now. i bought some lysine, prenatal vitamins, cedarwood oil and rosemary oil.  the vitamins i will take with water right before bed tonight so i dont throw up and i will sleep off the nausea.  im happy with the way my hair looks in a bun thankgod. its still falling out though. ???  thanks for the person that brought out that article about hair from first mag. i forgot who it is. im forgetting sooooooo much. its from the pregnancy.  thankgod all is ok. im going to another dinner party tonight and i will tell you all about it when i get back.

thankgod 4 this pregnancy it truely is a blessing from God.  it hurts me that my brother and wife have been trying to get pregnant for 5 years. it make me sad.  although they are both successful doctors(thankgod), i wish they would be blessed with a baby. infertillity is a problem nowadays.  i will keep praying for them and i wish you all will put them in your prays. thanks.

To ease morning sickness: at night, before going to bed heat a bowl of water and put a few drops of spearmint essential oil in at and place by the head of your bed.  You should wake up w/o feeling nauseus (sp?).

Congratulations!!

hey sakina Smiley,

thanks for the tip. i dont have any spearmint oil, but surely i will get some.  where did you know about that method? interesting and definately will give it a try.

dinner party-  it was fabulous. i had my hair is a classic chic bun. it looked thick and healthy thankgod!  its soooooooooooooooo hard to get over a hair stylist damaging your healthy long locks, like that happened to me a few months ago. its like a knife in my heart. but realistically(sorry peeps i cant spell......and im too sick to look it in the dictionary......please be patient with mispellings........no one is perfect Wink) through my hair. conversation was absolutely wonderful, fun and happy.  good company .......thank god its a blessing.  i wasnt feeling all that well, but i got through it.  i have another one to go to tomarrow. my husband and i have a big family that lovesssss to get together. sometimes its annoying, because im sick.

ryans bday- my son ryan turned 2 on sunday october 30. we did go to haunted trails, but that was just a little mini bday quickie party.  i was toooooo sick to do anything else. but thankgod i ordered the Incredibles cake. i ordered the personalized party favors and the rest is catoring. im too sick to cook.  hopefully everything will go ok. please keep me in your prayers. i dont want to be nausous and cant be there for the party. the hard thing is to pick everything up early and finish everything. hopefully it will go well.

my hair- i took a warm bath after my busy day, with a few drops of tea tree oil in it.  drank green soothing tea while relaxing and reading a book in the warm bath.  i made a herbal spray of lavender, rosemary, cedarwood oil.  i sprayed it on my hair after the bath. it was really nice. then i combed and put my hair in a sleek bun secured mediumly with bobby pins. im now in my comfty pajamas and am getting sleepy.   i love that victoria secrets body spray of vanilla after a bath or shower

good hair to  all good ppl. horrible hair for all horrible ppl!lol

I'm glad you had a good time at the dinner party! The b-day party for your 2-year-old should be fun too. I hope you're not too sick that day and can enjoy yourself.

Don't feel bad about misspelled words. I have all kings kinds of typos!

Men. Sheesh. I'd say more, but I don't want to alienate the few male members at LL.  Lips Sealed

I'm sorry you're having a hard time, but please feel free to come to us for support! While I've never been married or preggers, I'm always willing to lend an ear, so to speak. Smiley

p.s. You're welcome! If only you could see my posts while I'm writing them--typos galore. Yikes!

awwww, here's a ((((((hug))))))) for ya.  And here's something for your hubby as protection from your raging hormones....

You can also tell him that this is just a warm up to what you and he will go thru when menopause hits.   Grin (and it lasts more than 9 months! Shocked )
