OMG that is too cute!!!  I miis my Basheful rabbit, yours reminds me of him........13years old!!!  Girl you are taking really good care of that bunny!!  What kind do you have (e.g.-minilop,dwarf,Rex?)

Hehee! Cheesy  Bunny is a nutty little guy!  I always thought he was a Netherland dwarf, but a friend of our who works at a petstore says he's a "Tea Cup bunny"  Bunny is called George Burns at the vets as he is the oldest bunny on there records.  His name is Bunucula after a childerns book.  I found him in my yard one day and kept him after non of the neihboors claimed him.  Years later we found out were he came from. He use to have a mate and live outside on a little cage.  The old owners had since moved away.  (I shutter to thing what they were doing with the rabbits they were breeding)  I feed bunny Martin rabbit food for older bunnies, lots of veggies and yes he gets junk food!  He loves noodles, oatmeal, pizza, donuts - little piggy!

Dear Hair Diary,

I am getting use to the chop, wow no split ends and no hair dye!  Weeeeeee!!

Talking about hair, bunny got an unscheduled bath yesterday!   I was painting when bunny came for a look, oh what a mess!!  He landed right in the paint pallet.  So off to the bath, thankfully it was water based paint or I would have a rainbow coloured bunny!  Bathing an old bunny is tricky, he quite fragile when he wet so he's only washed in an emergency.  I washed him with Jason Aloe shampoo, then settled down to dry him.  Once he was no longer dripping wet I placed him on my lap with a heating pad to take the chill off.  He is so soft now it's amazing!

It's spring but we got snow last night! Doh!!!

bye for now Wink

Dear Hair Diary,

Well were back!  the baby sitting went well!  Little Morgan was very good and only cried once on friday night. Not to say were not pooped from chasing a two year old around! Grin
Hair:  Washed on saturday, I forgot my jojoba oil and my hair went wild!  It was very soft and all but since they have a water filter at Mum's house, the water is a lot softer then here at home.

Off to get more sleep!  It's 6:00 in the morning!

Dear Hair Diary,

I figured a way to make my hair stay striaght!  I put it in little terry cloth pony holders on a french braid pattern without the braid and it works great.

My diet is working, was weighted at the doctors and I lost 10 pounds! I got another 10 to go.  The doctor wonder how I did it, I told him this is how:  no bread, no pop, limited sweets, walking and playing with a huge St. Bernard dog! and one weekend chasing a 2 year old helps too!

On other fronts, I have a neighbor who cooks stuff that smells like "The Bog of eternal stench"!!  Every time I spray freshner or put incense in the hall he complains - Your spraying perfume near my door!  I don't like it!!!  I would tell him first I do not spray my good perfumes in the hallway, I'm not rich you know. Second I tell him open your windows!  He's cooking moose meat and the smell is horrid.  He complained to hubby who to told him off, the landlord was there and even he said the food he was cooking stank!  Yes ladies I live upstair from a slob, he place is dark and smoky and just gross.  We do get along but sometime he gets all freaky.

Bye for now! Roll Eyes

Congrats on the weight loss!  It sounds like it was a fat loss and not a muscle loss!  I've maintained an 80 pound loss for about 20 years,so one step at a time and consistency is everything!!  Remember it's a lifestyle change, there is no such thing as a diet.  They don't work, changing the way you eat for the rest of your life works!  Sounds alittle harsh, but there ae alot of really good things you can eat that are better for you and you won't feel like you're deprived! Nope.  I'm extremely disciplined, but I would never think any less of anyone who wanted or needed a little treat.  I've always found things to bake if I want something for a birthday party or family get together.  I usually make my apple crisp or vegan brownies.  I've altered my mother's recipe for apple crisp so it's vegan and no one can tell the difference!  If ya want it ,I'd be happy to supply it for you. Yes, it was great chatting with you! Smiley  The recipe for the apple crisp is as follows: Preheat oven to 375 degrees
5 apples, peeled, corded and sliced thin Set them aside.
Granny Smith apples work well.

In a large bowl put the following:
3/4 cup of whole wheat flour
1 cup of brown sugar
3/4  cup of old fashioned rolled oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
Mix well together.  Then pour the earth balance or oil in.  Mix all together so it's crumbly.
1/2 cup of Earth Balance(vegan spread, melted) or 1/2 cup of vegetable oil.

In a square glass pan or a silicone one (8 X8?)
spread alittle veg oil on the bottom and the sides.  Place 1/2 of the apples in there, spread it evenly, take 1/2 of the crumble mix and spread on top.  Take some raisins or craisins(dried craberries) and sprinkle all over.  Take remaining apples and spread on top of raisins or craisins, spread remaining crumble mix on that.
Now take 1/2 cup of water or apple juice and pour all over mixture.
Put in oven and bake for 30 minutes(estimate) .  When it's nice and golden brown and the apples are tender,it's done!!  Enjoy
I have to look for the brownie recipe,to give it to you later.  Let me know how the crisp turns out.  I've been known to "play" with different fruits in this recipe, too.
Experiment, have fun!!  Let me know how you like it.

Great pics!  Not to add insult to injury, but as we ladies get older our boobs have a mind of their own and think that when we say want to retire down south, they're supposed to go before the body does!!  A senior moment that I don't want ever to happen!!!lol  I'm along way off from senior, but some things make you go hmmmmmmmmmm....
