Dear Hair Diary,

It time to do a low down on my hair ritual so to speak..  Okay here we go!
Wash hair twice a week
Scritch before each shampoo with my finger nails
Wash with Jason Biotin shampoo
Condish with Jason Aloe Vera Conditioner
ACV rinse in between
Final rinse with cold water
Oil ends with jojoba oil after wash and every night before bed
Deep treatment with coconut milk and heat cap once a month
Style with Jason Aloe Vera gel
Take Biotin, fish oil and mulit vitamin and Silica gel every day.

I think that's it. I wear my hair up alot.

Face: I have utiltized some tradtional japanese items such as Azuki bean scrub and Nightingale droppings.  I have gone back to using my AHA creams (generously donated from a lady I use to work with).  My skin was missing them badly. Also I found a anti acne treatment on another board and gave it a go and it worked.  I put coconut oil on my face over my night cream (AHA)  and it has banished my zits!

bye for now!

Dear Hair Dairy,

My hair has been a bit dry, the new flat where is a very dry place and even my skin is suffering.

I got my giesha/kabuki red lining makeup from Hannari-ya the other day and have been playing around with it.  It makes a good lipstick that stays pretty well and is an awesome shade of red.

My bonsai is doing very well! I really thought I would kill this one.

My hips been giving me trouble, I've been overworking it by carrying things that are too heavy again (bad Lisabelle!)

I finnally got to up load some pics for my dig camera.  The upload dock was acting strange.

Here's my buddha shrine.
...

and heres the bunny who been hiding in the tall grass of my lawn.

...

I think these are better things to look at (ahem..)
Bye for now!

That Jizo statue and wild rabbit are so cute! I wish I lived in a place where rabbits would hop into my yard. I just find dried up cat poo. Tongue

Hope your skin and hip get better!

Thank you Juri chan!  I got the Jizo off e-bay.  He is also a bell with a sweet little tinkle! Grin  We've got loads of different animals in my area.  I'm right next to a large park and we have deer, raccons and the cutest foxes this year.  I would love to photograph the Kitsune but there very timid.  This year they have a den near the house and the pups like to play in the field in the morning.  All you can see are little red flashes in the grass. Smiley  My skin is baring up. Soaking in coconut milk helps.  My hip has it moments but it hanging in there!

Dear Hair Diary,

Could things get worst?  Yesterday's fight with the husband was the worst in two years.  I am so worn out mentaly.  He was cleaning the other flat when he decidied he wanted to say "our marriage sucks" and start yelling about eveything, the sink overflowed and flooded the flat bellow us.  My one and only teapot got smashed in the process.  My heart, well that has been in peices for some time.  I always try to look on the brighter side of life.  I make do when I need to. I help the best I can but sometimes it not good enough for him.  Later, he calmed and realized how upset he got me.  But it all still hurts.  Cry Thank you all for letting me vent this.

bye for now

God, have I been there. ((((((((((hugzzzz))))))))))))

One sad thing I've learned with time and experience is that people rarely just blurt things out that they don't mean. It all comes from somewhere, and you should take the things he says seriously...no matter how untrue, ridiculous, slanderous they sound. He's obviously very unhappy about something - possibly many things that have accumulated over time and never been properly dealt with - and it might require a different perspective than the one you've had all of this time to address his concerns.

Communication is they key. Once both of you have laid your respective cases out on the table (diplomatically), it should be easier to work through.

There's also the possibility, of course, that your guy is completely off his rocker. In which case, I've been there as well, and you have my sympathy...but you're on your own.  Tongue

Hope things clear up for you soon. *sigh* No one ever said that marriage was easy...even though it should be.

Thanks everyone.  I know sometimes I think he's raving mad.  I don't know, we have had marraige counseling sessions int he past.  The last lady we had really helped but now he says its beyond that now.  Funny thing, after all the nastiness he's all nice to me, makes me a tea, tell me my hair looks so nice (that was this morning)  He went to his mothers house today, I did not want to go.  I need time by myself.  No doubt he will tell his mother what a cow I am. She's been trying to get him to get rid of me for years.  No matter what I do I'm dirt in her eyes.  Thank you all for your support, you guys are the best.

(((((((Lisabelle)))))))))

Marriage does take some give and take, but there are limits.  If your hubby says your relationship is beyond counseling, it sounds like he has decided there is no point in salvaging the marriage.  Obviously you can't force him to go for counseling, but you might go yourself.  It could help you work through your feelings about what is happening and maybe give you the strength to decide what you need to do.

Good luck - you are in my thoughts.

((((hug))))

I agree- it is possible to solve serious family problems, but if your husband refuses to cooperate and try again, there's little you can do. Sad Sometimes things just go badly. It sounds to me that you have tried very hard to get things work- don't be hard on yourself, you have deserved some kindness.

Thank you all for the hugs. You ladies are the best.  I have worked very hard to make the marriage work.  Money has always been a factor.  I could work two jobs and that would never be enough, he would always complain. He's been nice to me as of late.  I'm hanging in there.  Again, thank you all so much, your all the best friends ever. Smiley

Thank you for your openness and your honesty, Lisabelle. I'm sure that all of us are flattered that you trust us enough as friends (no matter how distant) and long-haired sisters to confide your more personal problems. We've all got 'em!  Wink

I agree with Trisha and BB that you have to draw the line for yourself somewhere.

It's good that you're hanging in there, though. Just remember that if/when it gets to be too much, you'll know what you need to do and when. Deus and Natura have a way of arranging these things for us when we really need it. Trust in them and trust your instincts. And remember that we're all here supporting you.
