ShockedLOL!!! I'm sure he did!Wink  Very cool idea, but I won't ask you to take pictures this time. Grin

I bought my stuff from Uniquessentials too.  All of their auctions start at .99 so they pad the shipping to make up the difference and yeah, it's high.  I think when you shop from them it's good to buy a few things and get combined shipping to really be worth the price.

I bought a few veils from them and hung them up in my bed room, on my balcony and I made curtains for my workout/meditation room with another veil.  I have veils everywhere, I think they're so beautiful!

I recommend www.moondancebellydance.com as a good, inexpensive source for bellydancing supplies.  I buy a lot of my costume stuff from them, they have an awesome selection.

Dear Hair Dairy,

I am starting to get the hang of the belly danicng moves!  I find the spinning about is making me dizzy but nothing I cannot handle. Oh! Here the pic of my belly dancing gear!

...

Green viel, black hip scarf and some Indian jewlery, plus some free bindis!  I just cashed in my airmiles points for a gift card to Chapters so I can get "The way of the Belly"  by Veena and Neena.  Books are very costly and hard to get up here.

I saw a great movie last nght!  I rented Rocky Balboa and thought it was a very postive and up lifing movie.  In the light of all the horrid things hapening in the world this movie made me feel really good! Plus I am a BIG Rocky fan too! Ever since I was 9 years old!

Bye for now! Kiss

OOh Me likey Lisabelle!  I really like that shade of green, very pretty!

When you spin, focusing on one object everytime you turn ( I can't remember what they call this technique) is supposed to help with the dizziness,  maybe that'll work for you!

Being a fan of the Rocky series myself,  I was afraid to see Rocky Balboa after being dissapointed by Rocky V, but who knows, maybe one day I'll rent it.  Rocky and Rocky IV were my all time favorites!

Dear Hair Diary,

The warmer weather has arrived and my hair is back to buns!  I am making good use of the bun rat I got on ebay!
Today is wash day, lately I been letting it go curly after a wash - I just put in a very small amount of ojon on the lenght and thats it!

We rented "The Queen" lastnight.  It was a excellent film!  I have always had a thing for the royal family.  An once I moved to Canada even more so.  We saw Elizabeth II a few years ago when she came to Toronto.  I gave her some flowers from behind the barrier in the street.  She is very sweet!  In the movie Helen Mirrin was perfect, without my glasses I swore she was the real thing. Shocked

Bye for now! Cool

So do you always do buns when the weather is warm?  I used to work with a girl who told me that she did that too.  I typically do the opposite, I love my hair loose in the summer time.  I guess I'm backwards or sdrawkcab. Grin

I've been wanting to see the Queen.  I'm not a fan of the royal family, I never really understood the appeal but the movie does look interesting.

Lately, I've been on a Pride and Prejudice kick watching it over and over, thus being a complete annoyance to my husband.  So I'm sure that he won't be renting to Queen for us to watch anytime soon. Tongue

I'm a bun person! Cheesy  When it gets hot the hair goes up.  Now that I have more of it the buns are bigger and I can do a chinese bun real good.  I found that if I watch some movies in front of my hubby he gets annoyed too Embarrassed.  I wait till he's at work.  I watch Hindi movies and he cannot stand the singing.  Also anything romantic and he sits at the computer and makes jokes. *shrug* Depends on the guy. I've known guys whose favourite movies were The Notebook, Fried Green Tomatoes and Brokeback Mountain among others.  Grin

...and no, they weren't gay. lol Or so they claimed...  Grin

Well, I'd be leery of any guy who said Brokeback Mountain was his favorite movie.  Even if he said he wasn't gay I still wouldn't be so trusting of that. Huh

I've never met a straight guy who liked romance movies, well maybe one.  But anyway, I think if I were single all over again, that would definitely be a requirement for a guy I was dating, he'd have to like romance movies... well at least some, definitely not Brokeback.Roll Eyes

Dear Hair Dairy,

Today I will do my deep treatment with my hair cap. I will use camellia oil or maybe coconut oil mixed with emu oil as I am out of coconut milk.   Yesterday I got my Chapters gift card after cashing in my half of my Air miles points and bought “The way of the belly” by Veena and Nenna.  It is such a neat book! Hubby got me a little treat he got me “The art of belly dance” miniature book and full size zills!

Alas my poor hubby! When we got home from the bookstore he went to work on his car and hurt his hand real bad  Embarrassed  He missed with a knife and stabbed his hand between his thumb and forefinger.  It hurt him something bad and he danced around biting his lip and swearing.  We ran it under cold water and it stopped bleeding within moments so I bandaged him, gave him a cup of tea for the shock and made him sit down. More poor love Cry   This is not the first time that he as hurt himself so I know when he needs a doctor so we did not go to the hospital (if we did it would have been a four hour wait!)
Later he took a nap and I sat and watched him.  I am afraid the wound will drain overnight (this happened when he got bit by a dog and made a real mess)  I am sorry if this is gross Lips Sealed. My heat hurts when I see my hubby in pain. All I want to do is take are of him and hug his pain away. He says he’s all right now but needs help with zippers and buttons.

That’s all for now. Undecided
