confused about cones!!!

silicones seal your hair, but can eventually smother it right? ok, I love Pantene.  It notoriously has cones, but if I use their clarifying shampoo once a week will that help?

Yes, -cones will coat the hair.  If you clarify regularly, you should be OK to use Pantene.  Watch for crunchy ends - which usually means the hair has become smothered.
