I drove past this girl today with longer than classic length hair...it was maybe almost knee length!  Anyway, she had stopped on her bike (in 20 degree weather!!) to fluff her long, straight loose hair out over the back of her coat.  It was blond, and looked to be fine/thin.  The ends were VERY fairy-tale.  She was wearing a long, dark colored dress.  I have seen her and another LONG HAIRED girl peddaling around the university campus area before.  They both wore long dresses and rode their bikes.  Interesting!
