Welcome to longlocks!   So, what color is your hair?  What texture?  How long do you want to grow it?

Greetings and welcome, Naturegirl.  Smiley

Your hair sounds quite nice. I'm a light auburn as well, but with a much different texture. Sadly, I know nothing about how to look after curls and waves, so I'll let the experts here advise you.

Best of luck growing your hair to gorgeous lengths! You'll find lots of help and support here.

Thanks Naturegirl!  The language is Japanese.  I am a big fan of Japanese culture, I own four kimono and other various peices of Japanese art as well as Japanese hair toys.  In the culture long hair was the thing in the middleages.  Women wore there hair to the floor!  You only cut your hair when you retired from socitey and became a nun.

Well, it certainly sound beautifull! I love Oriental art too. I have a very nice silk tapestry above my computer. I am also, fortunate that where I live we have many Japanese couple living here working for one of the major auto companies. They love to share their culture and at a little craft shope by where I live, they are teaching us Japanese quilting and we are making a short quilted kimono. Maybe, I should check into their Japanese language class, I did not realise how beautiful the language sounds? Thanks, Naturegirl

Wow that sounds awesome!  I would love to see the kimono when it done.  The language is not very easy to learn, but like anything the more you hear it the faster you catch on. Smiley
