something disgusting
Mar 2nd, 2007 at 2:21pm

I just discovered I have 948 porn sites on my computer  Angry Angry.  What in the world am I doing with that kind of garbage??  Some information came up saying I could clean those files off my computer but they also said it may not be safe to open the files.  OOOOO!!!  I get so mad at this garbage stuff  Angry Angry Angry.  I dont even do porn.  I was looking for long hair photos.  Now I have garbage.  Well, that is my complaint for the day.

Egad. Well you may not do it but someone else in your household might. I had this problem a lot last year while living with my ex-bf and his cousin (the latter of whom had a very serious porn addiction). Our computer was constantly dying from all of the crap that accumulated on it.

If you're the only person in your household, it was downloaded without your knowledge from other sites. It's not so much about what you look for online as where you go to look it up. You can download all kinds of crap without knowing it, just from the sites that you visit. Best thing to do is clear your hard drive and start anew. It's best to do that on a regular basis anyway, to keep things from building up. Think of it as a clarifying wash for your computer.  Wink

Anyone that surfs the net should have a good anti-virus program that regularly scans the entire system.  In addition to that, you should also run an anti-spyware and anti-ad program.  There are free anti-spyware/adware programs available for downlowning.  I use Norton  (purchased) and Spybot (shareware) regularly to keep the crap off my computer.
