Thanks for posting a pic of that braid for me.  I couldn't even imagine how to do a braid like that.

The nerve of your landlord! Angry He can go you know where with his comments.  Where does he even get off making a comment like that anyway?  Besides, I'm sure your hubby knows best and your hair was the prettiest and most healthy of all of the mothers. Wink

I hope you get your meds and feel better soon. (((hugs)))

Thanks Sweetie!  I have my meds now (thank god).  If you go here http://www.dreamweaverbraiding.com/Braiding_Tips.htm  you can see how the braid is done.

Dear Hair Diary,

Hairs doing good. I've been finger combing to help prevent knots.  I'm on the libaries wait list to take out Curly Girl.  I've been enjoying waring my hair down. Wink

Anyway it's 6:30 time to wake up the husband  Roll Eyes

Thanks for posting that link, Lisabelle.  I could never do most of those braids though, they look too difficult for me to even attempt.  Although, once my hair gets longer, it might be fun to try some of the easier looking ones.

I hope hubby's feeling better soon!  Maybe some henna on his hands will help them heal.  Lips Sealed

Dear Hair Dairy,

Washed my hair today and now it all curly Smiley  Did my dancing and had lots of fun, cleaned the house, washclothes...man I'm pooped!

Babysat on the weekend, little Morgan is still begin very difficult.  Its sad to see her mother just leaves her for days and goes off like that.  I wonder how she's going to do that when she has the next one in July?  Truly I beleive her to be nuts.

Anyway, the sun is shining, the birds are tweeting and Spring is sprung!

Sakina:  I tried the Henna and it helped hubbies hand! Cheesy

Lisabelle, your response confused me because I wasn't aware that henna had healing properties, but I get it now. Grin

When Sakina mentioned it, I thought she meant that it might help his mood or something...which could possibly work too... I guess. Cheesy

Henna is used for headaches in India, the cooling sensation helps the with the pain.  In Saudi the women do the soles of there feet to protect them form the hot desert sand along with there hands and palms in on solid glove. Smiley
This is great for arthritis too! Smiley  What I did with hubby was place a thick layer of unterped henna on his sore knuckes, put a construction glove on him and he washed it off in the morning. Cool

You're so clever!  If henna is not terped, does it not leave a stain?

I'm glad hubby's hand is better.

Thanks Smiley It did leave a stain unterped just not a strong one.  Beside hubbies hands are always black with floor stain so it sort of blended in! Grin
