First conditioner only wash
May 22nd, 2008 at 2:45pm

I just tried my first ever conditioner only wash, and wow - the results are clear after only one wash!  It's smoothed out a lot of my waves, which is a downside, but they'll probably bounce back soon.  Still, my hair is even softer than normal, smells great, and just looks healthier than with a normal shampoo and conditioner wash.

Here's a before and after pic:

Thanks, Bikerbraid!  It really does make a difference.  I'll be doing that more often now - maybe twice a week.

Your hair looks very nice.  I try to forego the shampoo most days now and I can't really explain it but my hair just seems "fluffier", smoother and softer on days I just condition.  Last night I deep conditioned only and I was sorry I'd waited until right before I went to bed because it was so nice.
