So I hope I don't get in trouble for posting this. I thought they were priced great, but I am not sure of the quality.

I really thought these were cute:

Now if I only had long enough hair. *sighs*

Nope, you're not in trouble! Wink  It's fun to look at items members find or have!  Whether it's a recipe for hair care, knitted or crocheted stuff,it's cool to look at!

Whew! Smiley
I had to revise the links, as the ones I previously posted were for their wholesale buyers, so the prices weren't what I originally thought they were, but I still don't think they are bad.

Very pretty!  We don't mind you posting the links.... in fact I'm contacting them to see if they would like to exchange links with longlocks.

I used to love the metal barrettes that spring open and at one time I used them daily.  But now I think they're the worst things I've probably ever used on my hair short of the bobby pins I tried on Monday because I wanted to see if I could make pin curls, just out of curiosity Embarrassed  Dead easy, death boring.

The twit'n'twirl is what someone vintage obsessed like me needs when my hair grows longer and I've been wondering where I'd find something like that so thanks for posting Smiley.

I wonder if those barrettes could be used if I cut off the top of some old finely knitted black socks or nylon stockings and slide my hair through that first before clipping on the barrette?

The sharp edges of the metal barrettes are what cause the damage.  I know that some people will paint the metal with nail polish to reduce the sharp edges.  I've not tried it myself, but it might help.

A thin stocking to protect your hair could also help.  Keep in mind, just the action of compressing the hair can cause some breakage, like when using covered ponytailers.

I saw those barrettes as well, but they do have plenty of other things! I also thought the twist'n'twirl was a neat idea. I have never seen anything like that in stores! You are very welcome!
I like the fork for updos that is black and silver, very pretty. However the chances of me buying it now and remembering about it when my hair is finally long enough, or even still liking it for that matter, is slim! But looking at all the meat hair toys will keep me focused, thinking that one day I will be able to use it all!

Great!  Another style of hairtoy I like!  Thanks a lot, l&lx3!  I also favor the combs with streamers.  *sigh*  Well, maybe just one wouldn't hurt...?

Sorry Sakina!
But if you get one, let me know if you like it. I might just have to buy me one to look at. Smiley
