Dear Hair Diary,

Well its crunch time ladies...my landlord is evicting us in Jan 31 2009.  Crap!...  Time is not on my side either. Don's horoscope said that on Feb 1 someone will be at his door with there bags packed.  Mine said that on that day a loved one is going to ask me to do something I will not want to do. Whatever happens I pray it all works out....

Dear Hair Diary,

Well the heat is on!  I see my Welfare case worker on Tuesday.  I have to move in 10 days.  Don will help me get a new place.  I  hate all of this!....  I cannot wait for it to be over.  I feel like crap putting all this stress on my Don....  But I also look at it if our reationship can handle it then it is a good one and I belieive it is.  Smiley   Colin will give me a non-contested divorce...    So it looks like I am taking another walk down the isle and this time I am doing it right!  Yes ladies he wants to marry me!  So figure in about 2 years I will take the plunge again.  My guy might might be "and angel with black wings and a bent halo" (his quote btw)  But I love him very much....

Bye for now! ...

Dear Hair Diary,

Woot!  I get my laptop back from the store tomorrow!  Don's bother who is studying to be an IT will have a ball setting it up for me!  I am so happy as I hate using the ex's computer. Tongue

Man its been so cold!  I was out at the bus stop tonight and it was - 9!  Eeekkk!! Thank the lord for Thinsulate!  lol!!
I have been oiling my hair alot to keep it from drying out.  I also keep my hair under my hat and coat so the wind does not get to it.

I am still packing my stuff...gawd what a pain!  The ex will not let me have the bed....can you say jerk! Angry  You would think he would be a gentlman and let me have it...well he's not. Perhaps I will get a futon...

Anyway I got a real busy week coming up and need some sleep! Smiley

Dear Hair Dairy,

I got my new laptop!  It is blue a flower design, very cute!  So now I am happly typing away! ...  Still packing for the move.  Oh man....I went to Welfare and was told I could not have it.....  I was very upset as I am an good upstanding citizen with a job, no record or any problems and Welfare gives the money to crack whores and losers!  What about women who like me are leaving there husbands and cannot aford to live alone?  Are we to become those crack whores!?....   Welfare want me to sue my husband for support, okay, but what do I do in the meantime as I am being evicted January 31 2009? Pissed me off!!!... Thankfully I have Don or I would be screwed.  Mind moviing in with him and his brother will not be a picnic.  His bro is supposed to be moving out soon.  Don wants us to have our own place and I agree.

Well my poor hair is hating this dry weather.  I have been doing alot of oiling and right now have to wash out a treatment I have had in for two days = Jojoba oil and emu oil.  My hair just drinks it up.  Got even more hair toys from Don. He really knows how to cheer me up!  God knows what he's getting me for x-mass, I am getting him his favoirte cologne Addias (mind you ladies I like the good stuff personally)  but its what he likes and I can afford it too!  Don's easy to please which is great, unlike the ex who was a fussy and I if he did not like a gift he would euther throw it out or just leave it around like garbage.

Went thought my wedding pics tonight.  Think I am going to burn them on new years with Don.  New years would have been my 20th wedding anniversy. ...  ah but mistakes are made my friends.  And correcting them might be a battle but at the end of the day I can say at lease I got the ball rollling on a new life

Wow, I'm shocked that they won't give you financial support until you get back on your feet.  I thought that the Canadian government was more progressive than that.  I don't believe in giving handouts to people who aren't trying to do anything with their lives and choose to make mooching off of the government a lifestyle, but you're doing all of the right things.  They do the same thing here too.  My younger sister is 25 years old, has 2 kids, has never worked a day in her life (so has never paid into the system) and lives off of welfare.  It's a shame how freely welfare can be given to those who don't deserve it.

Good thing you have Don to help you out. Smiley

*nods* I did the same thing with mine...only not on New Year's and obviously not with Don. Roll Eyes A word of caution, though, if you'll permit me...your new guy might not want to see all those pix of you marrying someone else. He might say he's fine with it, but in the back of his mind, it would probably still get to him a little bit. I know it's nice to have someone there supporting you while dealing with your past, but I recommend doing so with friends instead of with a new partner. It's not really fair to him.
That being said, I do wish you luck with your budding romance with Don. Just take your time and don't rush. You have to be able to be strong on your own before you can be strong in a relationship. Trust me.

Congrats on your new laptop too! Mine just died. Cry

You know your right.  I will not do it infront of him.  Hell, I will save us all the grief and throw them in the trash! I did not even have a proper photo album, there just pics taken on a cheap disposable camera.  Thanks for helping me sort that out Smiley  Thank you for all your well wishes with me and Don Smiley

Oh shoot!  I hope you get you compuer fixed soon!
