Hey. I'm not sure this is right place to ask this question so I'll see.

I love doing nutrition research and I always found information that omega 3, essential fatty acids, has
been knowing to improve the texture of the well being of hair, not sure how much or how long it take to show improvement but that's something I want to do is help with the texture of my hair since it's been damaged.
My question is that, has anyone personally taken supplements with this acid and seen improvement in their hair quality?? I know there's shampoo's, conditioners out there that contain some kind of vitamins that say it helps the quality but I know it's not what you put on your hair but what you take in your body that counts.
